Start fit checkWhich tax years had or may have meaningful federal liability?
Was the liability driven by profit, sale, distribution, W-2 income, real estate gain, or another trigger?
What taxpayer or entity type is involved?
Is a CPA or tax attorney already available to review documents?
Can the taxpayer share enough context for a qualification call without sending sensitive documents through a public form?
What written sponsor documents and claim language are available?
